We're on the wharf every day through the summer, from 10am to 6pm.
We've had the pitch on the wharf for four summers now, and it's still the one the team asks to be rostered on. The tide comes up to the wall, the tourists come down from the bridge, and by eleven the queue is thirty deep with people who have no idea what a crepe is yet.
This year the van is there every day through to the end of October, 10am to 6pm. The full sweet and savoury menu is on, plus the cold drinks that carried us through July.
If you're coming down for the day, the quietest hour is the first one. The busiest is quarter past one, without fail, and we've added a third crepier to cover it.
One small change: card only at this pitch. It keeps the queue moving and the hands clean, which matters when the batter is going straight onto the plate.
