Our story
It all started with one van and a love of great crepes. Since then, our family business has grown, bringing sweet moments to more places and people. Here’s our story so far.
2012
How it started
The journey started in 2012 when our first van, Bertie, was converted from an ex-milkfloat in the Pyrenees into a crepe van ready to serve crepes to the masses.

And it was a hit!
Bertie would serve up to 500 crepes a day trading at events. Over the following 6 years, Bertie delighted thousands of crepe-loving customers.

New beginnings
In 2018, the business was bought by its current owners. We're proud to be a true family business, with brothers Jack and Ollie operating the business day to day.
2021
The business grows
After four more successful years, we acquired another similar business to ours based in Wiltshire. This expansion added a second van and lots of great contacts.

The start of 'Crepe Salut'
With the aim to expand, we re-branded as ‘Crepe Salut’; unifying the two businesses into one brand with a modern visual identity.

Our first creperie
In August, we opened the doors to our first creperie in Cheam Village, bringing ice cream, coffee, matcha and more to the menu alongside our much-loved crepes!

Our second location
Our next chapter took us to Tadworth, where we opened our second creperie! Bringing our much-loved menu to a new neighbourhood, we couldn’t wait to welcome you in.
