Question 3

Do my stamps expire?

Question 4

Can I earn stamps by visiting your vans?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Our loyalty program applies across our creperies and our vans. So you can earn stamps and redeem rewards when you visit us in-store and when you see us at events.

Question 5

Do I earn stamps when ordering online?

Accepted Answer

Yes! When you place an order for collection it says at checkout how many stamps you will earn for your order (one stamp normally or two stamps if your order is £20 or more). These stamps are NOT applied at checkout, they are applied after our store team have marked your order as collected. For this reason, you may experience a slight delay in stamps updating when ordering online.

I enter my phone number at the till, will my stamps be in the app?

Accepted Answer

Yes! As long as you sign up using the same number as you use at the till, your stamps will be there waiting for you. If your stamps are missing, please reach out to support@crepesalut.com.
